With a management consulting background, responsible for driving innovation and digital transformation projects into large multi-national organisations, Francesca is experienced in developing and implementing technology strategies for the C-suite and is particularly passionate about providing customers with holistic, transparent services that put the customer first.

Manmit Rai

Manmit is the Acting CEO during Francesca's maternity leave, overseeing operations including IT support, network monitoring, and logistics. By optimizing processes, Manmit ensures we meet customer needs. With extensive experience in operations management and strategic planning, Manmit is well-qualified to lead during this transitional period.

Candice Arnold

As our Chief Revenue Officer, Candice looks to meld her wealth of experience from both tech multinationals and fast-paced start-ups to super-charge our growth. Candice is known for her innovative problem-solving skills and a passion for driving growth through creative strategies.

Richard Kuczma

Richard maintains oversight of Wanstor’s delivery, product engineering and innovation teams, with many years' experience of transforming businesses into Azure Expert MSPs, something only a handful of organisations worldwide are recognised by Microsoft for.

Having worked with IT MSPs for over 10 years, Joy oversees corporate culture, talent acquisition and retention, recognition and reward, training, development and employee engagement.

Peter Lukes

Peter established Wanstor in 2002 to provide a more proactive approach to IT support services than other established 'maintenance' companies. Peter has led the company from strength to strength by focusing on a dedication to service and technical excellence.

Carl ensures that our networks meet customer needs and are flexible, resilient and secure, while also assisting with design, implementation and management of effective solutions for Wanstor and our clients.

Dustin-Lee Duxbury

Dustin designs IT systems, defines Wanstor's strategies, and ensures alignment with our business goals. He manages architects and coordinates teams to deliver projects on time.

Ayyaz Mehmood

Ayyaz leads the Finance team in supporting significant growth across the business, while challenging existing financial processes and developing cost-saving practices for both Wanstor and our customers.

Laura Watson

Laura is responsible for successful management and delivery of Wanstor’s projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, on time and to a high standard, while being transitioned successfully to support services.

Senior Technical Architect

Sam Linley

Sam optimises Microsoft 365, guides digital transformations, provides consultancy, develops roadmaps, and helps adopt AI solutions with strong security. Sam also supports pre-sales and new business opportunities.

Service Improvement Manager

Neil Harper

Neil oversees service delivery from the NOC and Infrastructure teams. With extensive experience in managing complex technical operations, Neil ensures efficient departmental operations and exceptional service delivery.

Head of Cyber Security & Infrastructure

Stuart Palmer

Stuart manages our internal and customer Cyber Security and infrastructural requirements, working closely with teams to ensure consistently monitoring of daily operations for optimum performance.

Head of Proactive Services

Mark Summers

Mark manages senior project and onsite engineering resources as well as Wanstor's Proactive Service. Through a continual improvement lifecycle, the Service is designed to identify and remediate foreseeable issues.

Marketing Manager

Natalia Francois

Natalia spearheads strategic marketing initiatives, crafting campaigns that position Wanstor as a technology leader. She combines creativity with CRM expertise to foster strong customer relationships and enhance service delivery.
