The team at Wanstor are proud to be shortlisted for three categories and declared finalists for two at the annual SDI Awards, due to be held in Birmingham on 30th October 2023.

The Service Transformation of the Year award recognises commitment and passion for service transformation that truly benefits customers, and how agile service teams support the rapid transformation of their business and its customers. For this award, we submitted an example of a recent transformation we delivered for our client, Look Ahead Care, who were transitioning from legacy systems to a modern infrastructure. Our solution delivered significant cost and efficiency savings; collaborative working and overall delivered a high confidence in Wanstor’s technology solutions.
The Best Service Desk CX award is open to IT service and support teams that deliver the highest levels of customer excellence and service to every customer and takes into account all aspects of customer needs and wants. We’ve been evaluated for criteria on the customer experience, customer excellence culture, delivering service excellence; Our impact and the Business value we provide through our service and plans for continual improvement.
The Service Desk Team Leader award recognises success of a team leader with a passion for developing team members and delivering customer service excellence. We’re delighted that Maxwell Brotherhood from our Hospitality Service Desk has been shortlisted.
In 2022, Wanstor were chosen as the Best Managed Service Provider of the Year. Too bad the rules say we cannot enter this year 😉
