Purpose of processing

In the case of data subjects other than staff: for the purpose of providing IT services and support to Customer's business.

In the case of staff: for the purpose of providing IT services and support to the Customer’s business.

As set out in the body of the Agreement.

None, unless specified in the Statement of Work.

Approved international transfers

Personal data will only be transferred outside of the EEA if the Services are hosted by a third party such as Microsoft or Amazon web services. The Customer must ensure that it has obtained relevant consents for such transfer.

Additional instructions

The Customer agrees and acknowledges that the Supplier may monitor, record, store and use any telephone, email or other communication with the Customer or any party providing goods or services to the Supplier, the Customer in order to check any instructions or information given to the Supplier, for training purposes, for crime prevention and to improve the quality of the Supplier’s customer services.
